AlfaFilm Ltd. provides location selection, including a choice of castles and chateaux. The Czech Republic has a variety of settings and scenery ideal for a range of filming. Our countryside is very popular today, epitomized by the many movies shot here year-in-year-out.

Mediaeval Prague with its narrow streets and large boulevards can accommodate any historic or up-to-date film. There are also many other cities with historical monuments suitable for filming.

We are based on the studio premises of our partner, GATTEO, one of the leading set construction companies in the Czech Republic. GATTEO offers a turnkey service for location as well as studio shoots including material, transport, stand-by crew and de–rigging.
The studio complex, located 30 minutes from the centre of Prague, houses the admin block with workshops for joiners, upholsterers, painters and sign writers, as well as the filming studio. Other services such as plasterers and blacksmiths are also available.
